Returns & Exchanges

  • Please contact us and return your items within 30 days
  • We are happy to offer both refunds and exchanges of unworn (non-personalized - please see below for examples of personalized designs) jewelry. There is no charge for exchanges of equal cost, you will be invoiced if a higher priced item and refunded the difference if the item is less.
  • No restocking fee for returns
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Personalized/Custom Jewelry is non-returnable and non-exchangeable as they cannot be resold.  Any issues with resizing of personalized items we are happy to help.
  • Personalized Jewelry includes without limitation, custom engraving, choice of crystal colors, choice of charms, and your photos or images.
  • Please package returns securely, include your name, address, and invoice number.
  • We process your refund within 48 hours of receiving your return
  • We are happy to issue refunds after the jewelry is returned to our studio in its original condition.

Repairs, Resizing & Warranty

  • We resize your jewelry at no charge
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty against the loss of any crystals, breakage of charms, or damages from normal wear for up to 3 years.     
  • A small fee is charged for repairs that bring your piece to it's original condition, including replacing charms and images, and engraving.  Please contact us for pricing on your repair after 1 year.

  •  Because personalized pieces are one of a kind designs we don't convert your previous purchases to other design lines.  For instance we don't convert bracelets to necklaces. 
  • Please allow us 2 weeks to repair and return

Sales and Discounts

  • We generally do sales a few times a year, offering our Annual Model Sale, Holiday and BFCM sales.
  • Coupons may not be combined with sale items. 
  • Promotional offers and discounts cannot be retroactively applied or the difference refunded. 
  • Sales items have the same return & repair policies as our jewelry not on sale.  
  • Discontinued items on sale are non-returnable.

    Personalized/Custom Jewelry 


    Our warranty covers normal wear and tear that happens to a piece of jewelry after you’ve had it for a while and covers issues like small scratches, loose charms, crystals missing from settings.

    Our warranty does not replace lost or damaged charms, missing images or photo's/quotes, resizing, and cleaning.  However we will bring your jewelry up to new standards for a small fee. Please contact us.
