Giving Back to the Community

Giving Back to the Community

Giving back to your community is one of the strong testimonies of the Quaker women that surrounded me as a child and I have given to various charities throughout my life.  Blackberry Designs Jewelry makes charitable contributions based on annual business profits and the needs of the organizations we choose to support. Purchases of individual products are not tied to a specific donation amount unless expressly stated.

Interfaith Community Services - General Charities

Interfaith Community Services in Escondido is a long-established local nonprofit that helps people in our own community with food, emergency assistance, housing and shelter, senior support, employment resources, mental-health services, cancer and health services plus substance-use recovery. They serve individuals and families in need regardless of background or faith, and their work is focused on helping people regain stability and independence.  I let them decide where the greatest need is.
